  I visited the office a year ago for surgery. I filled out the proper paperwork and handed them my medical and dental insurance information. I received a phone call stating that they didn't take my insurance so now I have pay out of pocket. They didn't give me the proper information at the time to make a decision. If I would of knew I wouldn't have went through with it. I feel that doctor and patient trust is gone. It was a bait and switch situation. And the whole time I'm just like why wouldn't they tell me??? I would never tell anyone to come to this office. Trust is gone.
