  About a month ago, My general dentist referred me to Dr. Chan for a possible root canal and called his office to make an appointment for me. Since I was in pain, Dr. Chan could take me the same day.
  I went to Dr. Chan's office, the front desk lady was very nice smiling and asked how am I doing. Then she asked me to fill out some information. Since I was a new patient, I don't know anything about the insurance or fee so I had a conversation with the front desk lady. She was very helpful and informative. She helped me to call my insurance to find out the coverage and what my part would be.
  After filling out the form, I was taken by one of the assistants to the back for my procedure. The assistants were very friendly and told me what should I expect during and after the procedure. Then Dr Chan came in and took x-ray and checked on my teeth and he found out that I need a root canal on one tooth. The whole procedure took about 45 minuets which was shorter then I thought. Dr Chan's very professional and know what he's doing. The team works very good together, everyone knows clearly what their roles are.
  I was very happy with this dental visit and I will definitely be returning to Dr Chan's office for any other root canals.
